If you’re considering a wine trip with Phylicia: go. It’s more then just wine tastings—it’s an adventure. One full of vineyards, castles, laughter, and moments you’ll replay long after you’re home. What started with a group of complete strangers quickly turned into a circle of new friends bonded by good wine, shared laughter, and the magic that only travel can create. From staying in private chateaux’s, to taking a hot air balloon ride over the Loire Valley (which was absolutely breathtaking, one of those rare, quiet moments where everything feels suspended in time) to clinking glasses and learning about local wines and history with each sip…this experience, the atmosphere, the wine, and the company blended together into something whimsical and unforgettable. I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for the Women’s Bougie Wine Retreat throughout the Loire Valley in France, but it ended up being one of the most memorable trips I have ever taken. Phylicia’s thorough planing and attention to detail made everything flow effortlessly, allowing the group to simply sit back, sip and enjoy our time together.
